Hanse 470

The HANSE 470 was launched in 2007 with white hull and teak deck in the 3-cabins version with bow Owner’s cabin with shower booth and 2 bathrooms. She was purchased by the current owner in 2014. The HANSE 470 is well accessorized and meticulously cared for, with: retractable bow thruster, transom, generator, water maker, Webasto heating system (to be overhauled), 4 solar panels, 2 electric winches (with remote control) and bow warping winch, TV in saloon, Hi-Fi system with outdoor speakers, indoor LED lighting, Owner cabin’s bed mattress in Memory Foam, outdoor teak table. 4 service batteries were replaced in 2021, whereas the hull was zeroed.

In 2019, seacocks were replaced and a genoa in Hydranet was added. In 2016, a new Bimini and a new membrane mainsail were added. This HANSE is in excellent condition, ready to sail.

The model

The HANSE 470 was designed by Judel and Vrolijk studio, and among its highlights we can appreciate its modern design, space, light, state-of-the-art technology and interesting sailing performance. The captivating design with a large, open stern, relatively high sides and an almost-vertical starboard bow. The Hanse 470 is very sensitive and responsive, the hull can withstand a lot of wind without any compromise for on-board life, whereas its large interior volumes will fulfill all needs in terms of on-board comfort, but with the performance of a racing hull.
