LUCE GUIDA

LUCE GUIDA is a state-of-the-art Fast Cruiser in terms of style and contents, with an undisputed focus on light and air. Wide glass surfaces and the careful study by the designer Luca Dini guarantee extraordinarily bright interior spaces. A careful study of both natural and artificial lighting, coupled with the use of cladding materials, enhances indoor spaces and improve on-board comfort. Characterised by a full carbon construction with shapes inspired to the new sport Vismara Meta (with planing stern, angled sides, lifting keel, whose shapes do not interfere with indoor spaces), this yacht has ambitions on race courses too.

Outdoor the yacht is very comfortable and elegant, with large seatings for guests and a large stern area with a sundeck in the middle. On-board we also find state-of-the-art systems, such as the electric appliances’ management system, derived from important studies in the field of home automation. This system simplifies the use and monitoring of on-board appliances, thus optimizing energy consumption. Moreover, LUCE GUIDA was also entirely refitted between 2017 and 2018, with oak interior, repainting of the hull and new generator. Like new condition. View brochure

History

Vismara was founded in 1984 by Alessandro Vismara, naval architect graduated in YachtDesign from the Southampton College of Higher Education, in England, with a post graduation in Applied Aerodynamics and Sailing Boat Performance Prediction. Vismara has always invested and believed in research and technology as tools to express its design philosophy, aiming to lightness and performances as much for cruiser-racers as for luxury-cruisers. Research and technology found application in interior design, to affirm the concept of aesthetic architectural ambivalence of materials.

As a matterof fact, the great part of Vismara’s projects presents interiors and structural decors, as well as exposed materials and architectural components. Also in the use of informatics tools and programs, from those for prediction to those for 3D simulation, the Vismara is at the forefront and it collaborates with the research consortium ICAD of FlorenceUniversity, of which it has been founder member. The scientific approach to planning has always allowed Vismara’s boats to be innovative and provided with technological solutions never ending in themselves, but rather aimed at security at seaand comfort.Vismara has for instance been amongst the first boat yard to have in view canting keels and rotating wing masts on cruiser yacht
