This MX-11 with bronze T-Top was purchased by its current, second owner in 2015. In 2019 it underwent a thorough refit, that included the following works: new leatherette upholstery, new solid teak on the transom, new fold-away sprayhood and new shading structures, repainting of stern platform with original metal paint. The MX-11 is also equipped with: Hi-Fi system with outdoor speakers, 2 swim ladders, fridge and gas stove..

True reference point within the large Maxi Rib segment, the MX-11 is characterised by the stylistic elegance of its lines, that allows the “Coupé” version to accommodate a real cabin, equipped with separate bathroom, while keeping smooth and refined lines. The MX-11 is a perfect blend of elegance and sportiness, style and functionality, as it can be seen from its wonderful control station that, almost imperceptibly, is able to accommodate a master cabin of unexpected size. Great attention to details, innovation, and reliability are the great ingredients of a recipe to make unique and inimitable boats. Construction quality is very high considering the materials that were used: Kevlar, unidirectional carbon fibre and Epoxy vinyl ester resin (all hand laminated) for the hull; solid teak for flooring; maple and wenge for interior.

“Cantieri Magazzù” is a modern company experienced in boat designing and building. The business started more than 50 years ago, thanks to Prof. Alfredo Magazzù, renowned from the ’60 for “Alicudi” motorsailer (more than 140 units produced). Among the main projects we find (in the (‘80s and ‘90s): the patents and a project of a “Monostab” (a 36-mt monohull stabilized through a special wing system, for 350 passengers and able to reach a speed od 35 knots) for the Rodriguez Cantieri Navali; the project of a 21-mt motoryacht for Baglietto shipyard and the more recent Surfing TRIS 75”, a 75-mt “Fast Ferry” that can transport 600 passengers and 150 cars at 50 knots. For the aviation industry, the shipyard carried out R&D activities in collaboration with Aeritalia and Dornier on a new seaplane model. In 2003, the shipyard shifted towards the Maxi R.I.B. innovative concept, of which the Striker 9,90 is the first model: a luxury dinghy with a cabin and sports performances. Currently, the shipyard produces Custom Yachts and Maxi Ribs (MX-11, MX-12, MX-13, MX-14, MX-16, MX-18 e M-GT). In more than 40 years, Magazzù group registered several patents for fast and innovative vessels, as well as for applications in other industries. This MX-11 with bronze T-Top was purchased by its current, second owner in 2015.
