Jongert 19 S

The JONGERT 19 S “PALATIA” is an elegant ketch-rigged, steel-made motorsailer conceived for cruising around the world in total comfort and safety. Among her features: a Hard-Top that entirely covers the middle cockpit, a wide stern Owner’s cabin with central bed, sofas and wardrobes like in a suite, as well as rich finishing both indoor and outdoor.

Several upgrades completed throughout the years: air conditioning in 2022; in 2021 the hydraulic backstay was replaced and fire system was overhauled. In 2020 the hull was entirely repainted (in white, with a blue band), as well as masts and boom; tracks and steel halyards were removed from the spinnaker poles; winches were overhauled and chromed.

New sails were added in 2018 (genoa, staysail, gennaker). New engine, new thruster with 4 fixed blades and a new echo-sounder were installed in 2017. Teak deck was redone in 2013 with new customized flush hatches with removable Custom cleats in stainless steel. In 2012 rod rigging and autopilot were overhauled, whereas in 2011 electric system, water & condensed collection system were remade, as well as quick-work sheets, new electric toilets, new Corian kitchen tops, new oversize windlass, total hull sandblasting and remaking of engine room.

The JONGERT 19 S “PALATIA” is very well equipped and full of comforts: bow thruster, mooring winch, indoor/outdoor GPS, new air conditioning, generator, water maker, washing machine, dryer, two fridges, freezer, TV in saloon, Hi-Fi system with outdoor speakers, satellite antenna, 3 shower booths, two battery chargers.
