The model

The concept of the Fiart 40 was first introduced in 1988 in order to fill the gap between the 36 Genius and the 41 Delta. From then on, the boat has been revamped throughout time in new versions that led the Fiart 40 to became an excellent Mediterranean Open boat with sheer lines, a large bow deck and a beautiful windscreen with stainless steel edges up to the transom. The Fiart 40 is a classic, but timeless boat, perfect for Masters who prefer the Open boat philosophy but do not like fads and short-lived designs. The classic feel of the Fiart 40 Genius is further enhanced by the very large and clean bow deck, as well as the windscreen with sharp lines. The cockpit is the core of the outdoor living and it is very versatile and multipurpose. 
 
“Esmeralda” was launched in 2002 with white hull, in the version with 2 cabins and 2 bathrooms, and it has always been optimally maintained and cared for by her only one owner. In 2020 the engine was overhauled, whereas in 2015 the teak deck was remade. Moreover, every year “Esmeralda” undergoes all ordinary maintenance work. This Fiart 40 is also very well accessorized, with: bow thrusters, hydraulic gangway and swim ladder, transom, hide-away table, 2 shower booth, safe, 2 fridges (indoor/outdoor) and freezer, Hi-Fi system with outdoor speakers.
