BALTIC 78

The BALTIC 78 is a custom Fast Cruiser built in carbon fiber by Baltic Yachts, the renowned Finnish shipyard that stands as a symbol of excellence in the world of Maxi sailing yachts. Designed by the prestigious Judel/Vrolijk & Co. studio, it represents a perfect combination of cutting-edge technology, artisanal build quality, and unparalleled interior and exterior comfort. Built in 2008 with a timeless style, the BALTIC 78 is a unique model conceived for those who wish to experience the sea in both a refined and sporty way, offering comfortable yet high-performance sailing. The exterior lines are clean, sleek, and modern, while the carbon construction of the hull, deck, and mast ensures lightness, rigidity, and exceptional performance.

The interior is finished in satin teak, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a layout designed for maximum comfort on board. The BALTIC 78 features four spacious guest cabins, all with private bathrooms (in addition to a day toilet): the owner’s suite is located forward and offers two queen-size beds; the VIP cabin features a queen-size double bed, and two twin cabins have single beds. Aft are the galley and two crew cabins with dedicated facilities, separated from the guest area. The BALTIC 78 is also equipped with a home automation system that allows full control of all major onboard functions through a touchscreen.

The BALTIC 78 is also excellently equipped, featuring a roll bar, furling mainsail in the boom, forward sunbathing area, separated galley, hydraulic aft beach platform with a garage for a 3.5-meter tender, retractable hydraulic gangway, telescopic bow thruster, generator, watermaker, air conditioning, electric winches, B&G H3000 instrumentation with a backup autopilot, three Raymarine Axiom+ chartplotters and radar interfaced with the plotter, dual internal/external GPS, sprayhood and cockpit bimini integrated into the roll bar, dual battery charger, and a TV in the saloon.

The BALTIC 78 has also undergone several refits: in 2024, the mast was inspected; in 2023, new Raymarine Axiom+ chartplotters and new sails (mainsail and staysail) were installed; in 2020, a new Raymarine Broadband radar was interfaced with the chartplotter; in 2019, a general refit included repainting of the hull and deck, a new teak deck, replacement of the generator, and renewal of the rudder bushing and bearings. Finally, in 2017, the rigging was partially inspected and replaced. Unique and ready to sail. VIEW BROCHURE
