The X 412 MKII is the second version of the first Cruiser-Racer from the renowned Danish shipyard X-Yachts; designed by Niels Jeppesen and manufactured from 1994 to 2000, the year of release of the MKIII version. It has been a very successful model all over the world, especially in Italy, where the cruise-racing boat category is particularly appreciated. The X 412 is characterized by an abundant sail plan, a centered maximum beam and pronounced overhangs, especially at the bow.

This X-412 is very well equipped, with: solar panel, aluminum spinnaker pole, double set of sails (mainsail, genoa and spinnaker), electric bilge pump, folding two blade propeller, internal/external GPS, stern swimming platform, swimming ladder, spare anchor. In 2022 the rod rigging was redone, new upholsteries were installed, and the engine was disembarked and cleaned, as was the heat exchanger, in addition the 3 batteries and the headset were replaced.
