ADVANCED 44

The ADVANCED 44 is a modern Fast Cruiser, designed for performance, style, and versatility, making her ideal for both comfortable cruising and competitive racing. Designed by Roberto Biscontini, renowned for his work in the America’s Cup, the Advanced 44 boasts waterlines optimized for speed and an advanced composite hull. The deck features a clean and functional layout, with winches positioned to facilitate maneuvers even with a reduced crew and a spacious cockpit comparable in size to larger vessels. The interiors, crafted by Nauta Design, provide a luminous and refined open-space environment with ample living areas and high-quality materials. Thanks to dual steering wheels, a twin rudder system, a generous sail plan and appendages with T-bulb keel. The Advanced 44 ensures performance, responsiveness, and control in all wind conditions.

The ADVANCED 44 has been meticulously maintained and continuously upgraded by her sole owner. She is superbly equipped with: twin carbon steering wheels and twin rudders, teak deck, painted carbon Southern Spar mast, bowsprit, watermaker, B&G H5000 electronics with 3 jumbo displays and chartplotter, a full set of racing and cruising sails (2024–2016), furling Code 0, Jiber with textile forestay, Harken furling jib system, 2 electric winches, carbon gangway, and aft swim platform.

The interior is beautifully finished in bleached oak, with double-bed cabins and bathrooms featuring separate shower enclosures and electric toilets.
