The CIGALE 16 was designed by Jean Marie Finot with the aim of creating a Fast Cruiser suitable for the Ocean, but at the same time comfortable and elegant, with construction in aluminum. It is the ideal boat for those who love to sail for many miles, very fast. Light displacement, very ample sails and equipped with Water Ballasts, this Cigale loves sailing downwind and well represents French maritime traditions, where functionality and sturdiness prevail on every other characteristic. Unlike Ovnis, as well as most of aluminum-made boats, the hull of the Cigale 16 has curved panels, instead of panels with sharp edges.
