The GRAND SOLEIL 46.3, only one owner, has always been well-maintained. In 2024, the tank was thoroughly cleaned, and new batteries were installed. In 2023, the genoa was replaced, the heat exchanger was cleaned, and the sail drive seal was replaced. In 2022, the mainsail was replaced, as well as the toilets and all the running rigging. In 2018, the hull was repainted in blue AwlGrip. In 2017, new upholstery, along with a new oven and refrigerator, a new state-of-the-art chartplotter with Mediterranean charts, a new autopilot control unit, a new folding stainless steel side boarding ladder, new seacocks. Moreover, the hull was polished, and a new Hi-Fi system with speakers was installed. In 2016, the teak deck cladding was replaced, along with the rigging.
Additional equipment on the GRAND SOLEIL 46.3 includes a carbon spinnaker pole, removable staysail, sail locker, electric winch, autopilot, sprayhood and bimini-top, carbon gangway, Code 0 furler, and LED navigation lights.

The Grand Soleil 46. Is an elegant fast cruiser that followed the Grand Soleil 45. Even if, at first sight, this model designed by J&J Design Group looks like the previous one, it actually has more effective hull sections, especially in the front part where the bow is less overhanging. Although the 46.3 is only one foot longer than the previous model, the waterline is almost 4’ longer and the sail surface is larger, for an overall performance improvement. The 46.3 is also very versatile and easily adjustable to the different sailing styles. Interiors are make in mahogany or teak (both optional) that give a refined touch to the bulkheads and furniture. The layout was conceived to make on-board life more comfortable when moored, as well as while sailing, with a bow master cabin, a door-height galley, as well as a large table, and 2 starboard sofas in the saloon. Stern cabins mirror each other and are furnished with double beds, vertical cabinets, seats and shelves. There is an excellent ventilation thanks to the 6 doors and portholes all around the internal compartment. In short, the Grand Soleil 46.3 is a boat with elegant traditional lines, therefore it is very appreciated in the second-hand market.
