The Sly Marine SRL, owned by Trevisani family, acquired Sly Yachts brand in 2010, kept the production in the historic shipyard in Cesena (northern Italy) and guaranteed the continuity with the core values of what used to be a renowned brand for high-quality sailboats (such as the Sly 61 and Sly42). In 2013, the Trevisani family also acquired the Cantiere del Pardo from the German group Bavaria Yachtbau, thus uniting two historical brands like Grand Soleil and Sly Yachts within one group: Cantiere del Pardo SpA. The last model manufactured under the Sly brand was the Sly 43, introduced at Cannes Yachting Festival in 2013.
