Cantiere CANTIERI NAVALI DEL GOLFO SRL

History

The Cantieri Navali del Golfo began their activity in 1982 with the establishment of a limited liability company founded by the Caputi family. The administrative headquarters was in Rome, while the operational base was in Gaeta, divided between the various production and logistics infrastructures, two of which are on the sea. The main production was of a military nature, even if the shipyard produced some fiberglass models with the collaboration of the architect Carlo Galeazzi from 1983 to 1993 and some specimens of Drago with the brand Cantieri del Golfo - Italcraft. The yard went bankrupt in 2014.   The shipyard ,manufactured the following motor boats: Black Jack, Ipanema 15 Fly, G 38 Fisherman, Ipanema 45, Ipanema 45 S, Ipanema 50 Open, Ipanema 50 S, Ipanema 53 Open, Ipanema 54, Ipanema 63, Ipanema 75 e Ipanema 83.
