The SOLARIS 42 has been well-maintained. In 2025, it received a new 12” B&G GPS with chartplotter, a new sprayhood, new lazy bag, new Tecma electric toilet, freshly painted hatches, and a complete oak interior restoration. In 2020, she underwent a general refit including: replacement of the mast, boom, and rudder with carbon fiber components; new rod rigging; new textile backstay and forestay.

Additionally, the SOLARIS 42 is very well equipped with: oversized 60 HP engine, folding three-blade thruster + retractable bow thruster; carbon mast, boom, rudder, and bowsprit; full-batten mainsail with split track and Harken cars; recessed mainsheet traveler and German-style mainsheet system with oversized winches including 1 electric winch (main halyard); below-deck Jiber furling system by Ubi Maior; Harken hydraulic backstay; B&G electronics with chartplotter, 3 mast-mounted jumbo displays, 3 displays on the deckhouse, and 1 in the Owner’s cabin; satellite antenna; AIS transmitter and receiver; internal router capable of amplifying SIM c

SOLARIS YACHTS shipyard in Aquileia (UD), a town with many centuries of history, started its operations in the ‘70s, when the two founding partners, Rinaldo Puntin and Luigi De Cesco, decided to leverage their extensive knowledge in naval building in order to manufacture high-quality boats between 36 and 47 feet. The aim was to build boats that, while striving to identify new technologies, could maintain and handicraft approach focused on a great care towards even the smallest details. It is here that Solaris Yachts keeps on producing an entirely renewed line, focused on Fast-Cruisers from 37’ to 72’ with a very high quality level.
